The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India have issued a list of stock market holidays for 2022. According to the BSE website, there will be 13 days off for trading in total in 2022. And those are the days that the trade will not take place in 2022. These holidays are in addition to Saturdays and Sundays. There will be no activity in the equity sector, equity derivative section, or SLB component during these trade holidays.
Any of the holidays included in the list may be changed or altered by the stock markets, and any such modifications will be announced beforehand via a subsequent bulletin. Muhurat trade will take place. The timings of Muhurat trading will be revealed later via alerts.
