Taking Screenshots on iPhone
There are 2 ways to take a screenshot on iPhone, depending on the version:
iPhone with Face ID
Locate the picture, application, or homepage you wish to capture a screenshot of.
Push both the Side and Volume Up keys simultaneously. The Volume Up button is on the device’s left slide, while the Side key is on the right. Once you let go of the keys, the display will temporarily flash white.
iPhone with Home Key
After navigating to the intended screen, push the Home button and the lock key simultaneously. iPhone 6 and up features a Lock key on the right side, whereas any versions earlier than that will have a lock key on the top. After releasing the fingers the display with temporarily flash white.
The flash in both cases suggests that the screenshot was captured successfully and is available for editing.
How to switch off the iPhone?
Depending on the version there are 3 methods to switch off the iPhone:
For iPhone 10 and above
Hold down the (either) volume key as well as the right side key at the same time. Within milliseconds of pressing the keys, a slider will show up on the display. To the right, move the slider. This switches off your iPhone. Your iPhone may take up to 30 seconds to shut down completely.
For iPhone SE 8, 7, or 6
Push down the right side key which is on the phone’s rightmost side at the top. A slider should display in just a few seconds. Drag this slider from left to right to turn off the iPhone off.
For iPhone SE 5, or Earlier
Push down the top key. It’s towards the right-hand side of your iPhone’s tip. A slider will display in a few seconds. This turns off your iPhone.
How to Delete Contact from iPhone?
Deleting a Single Contact
Open the “Contacts” app, then “Search” for a contact’s name. This will take you to their contact page. In the top-right section of the display, click “Edit.” You would be able to apply edits to this individual’s contact page, even removing the contact entirely, if you choose to. Go to the bottom and select Delete Contact. It may be found at the bottom of the contact page. When prompted, click Delete Contact again to completely delete the contact.
Deleting All iCloud Contacts
Select your Apple ID in “Settings”. It’s the part at the head of the menu which includes your username and your image. If you aren’t already logged in, you may need to do so first. After that, in the 2nd part of the selection, select iCloud. Slide the “Contacts” slider to the “Off” setting. This will become white and ask you if you wish to erase iCloud contacts saved on your iPhone. Select Delete from My iPhone to completely delete all contacts from your iPhone.
